Tickets and stadium map

Deutsche Bank Park sits in Frankfurt city forest. Official directions send most fans from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof to Stadion by S-Bahn S7/S8/S9, then a 10-15 minute walk through the forest approach.

The official store is the main ticket route; independent ticket guidance notes that membership priority matters for popular fixtures and that the official Ticketbörse is the safer resale path. Use Eintracht stores/ticket news for live home-match sale windows. The ticket shop lists Bundesliga, cup and European ticket news rather than one permanent general-sale rule.

Ticketing rules to show clearly

  • No universal public ballot has been verified. Treat sale windows, member priority and fixture demand as current-check items.
  • The official ticket information page says mobile tickets sit in the Eintracht web account or the mainaqila wallet, and can be forwarded through the app or web account.
  • Avoid third-party personalised tickets. Use the official shop, official exchange and away-club allocations.
  • Eintracht runs an official Ticketbörse for safe resale/release of home tickets through the official ecosystem.

Itineraries

Home fan: Nordwestkurve and Waldtribüne

  1. Buy through the official Eintracht route and load the ticket in mainaqila/web account.
  2. Arrive by S-Bahn to Stadion or use the official parking route.
  3. Enter early for the Waldtribüne programme opposite the museum.
  4. Head to the Nordwestkurve/home area on the current ticket and avoid bringing away-colour guests into West Stand blocks.

Exact gate/block always comes from the live ticket.

Away fan: eastern blocks and P9 caution

  1. Buy through the away club allocation; Eintracht says league away tickets are sold via the away team.
  2. Follow the current away-club/police meeting point, not old pub notes.
  3. Use Stadion S-Bahn or P9/E2A instructions when advised.
  4. Expect eastern blocks 18-21 but follow the ticket and SLO guidance for the fixture.

Away movement can change by opponent and competition.

Food-first visitor: Sachsenhausen to Stadion

  1. Book a Sachsenhausen tavern such as Zur Buchscheer, Atschel, Wagner or Lorsbacher Thal.
  2. Leave extra time to cross back to Hauptbahnhof or use the best current public-transport route.
  3. Take S7/S8/S9 to Stadion, then walk 10-15 minutes.
  4. Save The Blasky or another city option for after the match if the return rush is heavy.

Restaurant opening and booking must be checked before publishing.

Football weekend: museum, stadium and city night

  1. Use the Eintracht Museum/stadium-tour pages to check tour availability; summer 2026 has limited dates.
  2. Stay by Hauptbahnhof for transport, Sachsenhausen for food/night out, or Sportpark for ground-first convenience.
  3. Do the museum/tour on a non-matchday or early in the trip.
  4. Use the official seating plan and ticket shop before buying any match ticket.

Tour dates and group rules are current-check items.

Late arrival: station base and direct train

  1. Stay or meet near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof if arriving by rail or airport train.
  2. Use O'Reilly's only as a neutral station-area sports-pub option, not official away guidance.
  3. Take S7/S8/S9 to Stadion and allow the forest walk.
  4. After the match, expect crowding and keep the hotel choice close to the transport line.

Station-area safety and pub suitability vary by fixture.
